Great place. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The parts they ordered for me were right the first time and came in when they said they would.

Visited over Memorial Day weekend what a fantastic time to come to visit! They had a huge celebration going on more bikers then I could count games give aways and deep discounts!!! Plus music and food super friendly staff that even though they were packed and super busy made time for each customer.

Couldn't be happier with my experience here. Big D treated me like a friend and not a sale. Very knowledgeable and answered ally questions. The rest of the staff I have met so far we're just as nice as they can be. You are really treated like family and friends here. I recommend them to everyone!!!

The most exceptional customer service you will ever experience in your life will be at Cox's Harley Davidson in Asheboro with Big D as your salesperson and Jamie as your sales manager. My husband and I have bought 2 Harley's within the last 6 weeks. Do not ever think you could never own a Harley Davidson for these people can make your dreams come true and make miracles happen. There is a Harley out there for everyone if you want one. Trust me they made it happen for us, they can make it happen for you to. Big D and Jamie went above and beyond their jobs to make it happen. I picked up my bike today from service and I am convinced I will never use any other H-D dealer than Cox in Asheboro. My service agent Jacob was so friendly, attentive and always on top of my repairs!! Wish I could give them a 10! Repairs done as requested, done quickly and precisely and the price was more than fair. Thanks again Jacob!

I'm a first time rider, and I visited Cox's Harley-Davidson of Asheboro to inquire about the various motorcycles, which one might be appropriate for me, financing, riding classes, etc. It was also local to me. As I walked in I was greeted briefly by the salesman on duty, Shawn Snipes. After a short but pleasant greeting I was left to browse the showroom. After a short time he asked if I had any questions. I asked him all the questions and concerns I had and he was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I didn't purchase a motorcycle at the time, but I will return to make one in the near future. The dealership itself was a very modern building, well kept, very clean and well stocked with a large variety of motorcycles and accessories. They also had a good supply of pre-owned motorcycles, which all appeared to be well maintained. I would definitely recommend this dealer, if not for the large selection of equipment, but for the very informative salesman. The location is also very easy to find, approximately a half mile off of Highway 74 via exit 68.

Let me first say that I live in close proximity to atleast 2 other dealerships in the concord Area. And I ride(drive) to Asheboro for all of my motorcycle needs!! Especially motor clothes. One name you need to remember!! KELLY!! She is second to none when it comes to customer service.. This young lady has made me feel like a true family member. I had a flat tire on 220/74. Called Cox Harley Davidson and they came right out and got us. Fixed the tire in a couple hours. Back on the road. A great group of people. Very friendly. We will be back to see them.

Today was the first time I have been through Asheboro since the bypass was completed, so needless to say after a wrong turn or two, I toured some country side I have never seen before. But I was able to find Cox Harley Davidson of Asheboro and felt compelled to write this review. I never get near a Harley Davidson shop and not stop in to check them out. Well, today was my first time in this establishment and must say it was one of the nicest and friendliest HD shops I have ever visited. It was not a busy day by no means but I had two different ladies approach me and ask if there was any thing they could help or show me and even offered me coffee. I see lounges/rest areas in a lot of the shops I have visited, but I have never had an associate offer me the customer service these two ladies provided. So I would just like to thank them and give them the recognition they deserve. I just wish this was my home shop and had this kind of service...I would probably would visit them more often!
